Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Nissha products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with NHSSC and other UK medical customers.
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently in lines with company SOP's & KPI's.
- Liaise closely with UK sales team, manufacturing & dispatch.
- Generate quotes and load new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer / account details.
- Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
- Analyse sales and create growth.
- Complaint Handling.

The ideal candidate will have/be: -
- Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
- Evidence of ability to work to at a high level to promote products, generate sales and pursue opportunities.
- Results driven, motivated and organised.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Has ambition to achieve sales targets.
- Experience with internal CRM systems is preferred, as their use will be necessary for this role.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- IT literate - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of account management desirable.
